Thanks... we need some of that.
Thankfully the DAF owners club's also been providing both empathy and the answer (no, that bolt can't be got off from there; cut it off).
We bought a Dremel Clone* today. When it's dry, the bolt is
mine
.
* Because Kathryn already owns a real Dremel, but it's in the states. How awesome is my partner? :)
