I can't *show* anyone what I've done, because premier 5.1 (now 5.1c, thanks to an update I managed to locate) can't actually *render* video. It crashes randomly. If I'm *in* the room it will almost invariably make it as far as 'about 5 minutes remaining'. Unfortunately this spans several possible video clips - none of which have any actual problems with them.
My usual system of tweaking positions and things isn't working, because *normally* it reliably crashes at one point. Now it's just crashing whenever it feels like it. I think this is the last video I'll ever attempt to produce using premier. I dunno what other windows-based video editors there are, but I'm going to have to find an alternative.
