Just got one of the Mogwai albums (Happy Songs for Happy People). Kinda reminds me of Death In Vegas, actually. It's very cool though, so yay for Howlsthunder!

Oh yes, Mogwai is excellent. If you like them try: Godspeed You Black Emperor!, Tortoise, A Silver Mt Zion, Sigur Ros, Explosions in the Sky. Very good.

There was a point a few years ago when that was pretty much all I was listening. Especially GYBE! and Sigur Ros. Lately it's been mostly Brian Eno's ambient stuff, and Boards of Canada.

Aye I've already got Godspeed you Black Emperor! which is an excellent album. That along with KY / Lemon Jelly was my listening for quite a while.

Unfortunately the PC in the lounge remains 'incredibly noisy' and thus spends most of its life switched off. Which is something I need to deal with, because most of my music is most easily accessed thorugh there...

Mind you, I've been buying vinyl again recently (can you tell I'm stressed?) and so I need to sort out the Record Deck again.
