No, he's not waving banners around but he at least mentioned us in his speech - no high-ranking person has EVER listed gays in with everyone else when listing facets of our country before. You gotta remember, Europe is the smarter, faster-learning older sibling. America is the younger sibling who has a learning disability, so little things like that are huge steps for us. ;)
