Indeed so. I watched 'allo 'allo on it, and it didn't repeat the lines/varying brightness/etc, so it (a) was a one off* or (b) only happens when it's warm (it happened at the tail end of House, which is nearly an hour of drama...).
And you're welcome to pop down and visit at some point, I've got to run the diff in there when Pete sends it to me :)
I was amazed to find it, I knew there were some moderately aged businesses lurking over in the trading estate, but this was quite a charming surprise :)
