Yeah, we'd changed the sheets, and not washed the previous lot. It had all my work-clothes in, which I'd not bothered to wash because I didn't nead them (that's 4 pairs of jeans and a bunch of manky teeshirts)... Kathryn went on holiday, I did nights...and failed to do the remaining washing - not that I could have, because the machine was dead...
...then it was nearly 2 more weeks until we had a working machine. That's my excuse.
