Idea (like Ikea, but different)

pyoor_excuseSo, I've got one of these kicking about in my parents garage. I've also got my dad's incomplete 2600 tone generator (and a pulse one, but that 's no use).
What I'm thinking, and those who are cunning will be ahead of me here...
Rip the guts out of the phone that I was intending to use to make a tone generator for my dial phone, place inside the 2600 tone generator case. Modify that AB Coinbox so it works on the modern phone system (anyone got a link for that?) and connect, permanently, the tone generator. And thus I'll have a A-B payphone with a tone generator; iyswim. Which would rock.
