Well, more like minus seventy.
Slighly sticky situation involving monetary miscalculation. I don't, in fact, get paid until Thursday. My credit card was due to be paid *two days ago*. I have "not enough money" despite transferring my 50 quid savings (ha!) out of my savings account into my current account.
This is "a bit of a pooh".
Furthermore, my shiny rear window on Rebecca is leaking, in almost exactly the same place as it was prior to the new window rubber being fitted, so I need to go down on monday and get them to refit it. Grr.
And the new spring? Not arrived yet. I know they said "monday", but I'm ever hopeful, and really wanted it to arrive today so I could fit it. But no, no such luck. I also reached a new level of pathetic today, I nearly complained in Tesco's 'cos the order they took the vouchers off in meant that I had to pay 2.88 having carefully calculated that it would be free. This is because I still have a 3 ukp voucher left over. This is because the McCain Micro's voucher was worth 1.47, and the thing I bought was worth 22p less than that, but they took off the full value of the voucher, and not the value of the item.
Which was annoying, but there was nothing I could do about it without feeling incredibly pathetic. Awesomely so.
I'm still trying to get more 'Dead Like Me' - because the pilot episode is really, really, really good. Unfortunately I've not managed to find anymore. When I have the cash this may have to be a DVD purchase, depending on how the series pans out; which would be the second TV series I've ever bought on DVD (the first being LEXX 1).
Pfer. At least I've got something to eat now.
