Sleepless In Seattle - the horror movie.

I, today, am tired. Really tired. Entirely, 100% not just a bit, totally exhausted. This is obviously bad, because in 15 minutes I need to go and make some lunch and then eat it, and make some dinner to take with me. I *really* don't feel like it. Really don't. Can't be arsed. So tired.

What's worse is that tomorrow I'm working an Early shift. The thing was, although I slept 'well' I woke up at 6:30 instead of 7:30 and despite lying there for an hour - I didn't really get back to sleep. I did however remember to drink enough that I don't have a stinking headache.

So, yes. Tired. That's all.

I sympathesise. I have to wake up at 5:30am to get to the hospital on time, and it's hard to be pleasent and efficent when your so effing tired isn't it? *hugs*

Pleasant I can normally manage. Efficient I was not today; I think I bordered on 'dangerous' when driving and 'only through having someone to check my drug round' did I not make an error which - though it would almost certainly not have been serious, would have been very bad - in the sense that making any drug error is very bad.

On the plus side, my IV technique is getting way better - if only they'd actually allow me to connect it to a patient.... I can mix it up, I can inject sc / im but not not give drugs iv. *rolls eyes*.

Now though, I'm going to bed.
